Products

Every SERENE garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finishing may occur due to fabric characteristics, photography, and handcrafted production, making each piece unique.

Product Images

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. SERENE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Custom Orders

Important: Customized garments are created exclusively based on the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

  • Accurate measurements are the customer's responsibility.
  • Once production has begun, customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Any additional customization requests may incur extra charges.

Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines vary depending on garment complexity and customization requirements. Estimated dispatch timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines provided by courier partners are estimates and may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-to-wear garments may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • Customized and made-to-measure garments are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by SERENE.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, product images, logos, graphics, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of SERENE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
